  2. Aid packages for the most part do not send pallets of cash to Ukraine. The monetary amount of aid is shipped in hardware and ammo. The allocated money is spent in the aid providing country buying new hardware and ammo from its military contractors to replace what was shipped. Except for drones, 90 percent of the stuff the US has shipped to Ukraine was built and stockpiled before the I phone came out.

  5. I would leave rumors to be rumors until you can find a verifiable report. Which will not be anytime soon. The next time I see this number the commentor will be claiming 10x that.
