  1. When did he say Ukraine had no losses? When should a country mobilize forces. Right after they need them or in advance so they can be properly trained? There is no doubt in anyones mind that Ukranian troops are being wounded and killed. In addition Ukraine is attempting to increase the size of its military. So we would have to figure in the number of people needed for replacements as some are wounded, some are killed, some are unable to return to the fighting for other reasons and to increase the size of the military.
