  1.  @quatro_quatro  If an weapon is operational it is not that easy. There is a certain amount of paperwork and extensive background checks and money. Always remember the money. This also applies if you reactivate the device. That being said look at the price of the item. Run of the mill criminals do not have 20 or 30 thousand dollars laying around and the ability to pass the background checks. Nobody who purchased anything at this auction is going to use it to commit a crime. It may have changed but no legally owned automatic weapons have been used in the commision of a crime since 1986(auto weapons law).

  2. I dont know about your government but usually buys weapons for the infantry from the lowest bidder. They need all the real money to buy a new destroyer with a gun that is supposed to shoot a 110 miles and each round costs $800000 dollars. But that doesnt work.
