Very cool pistol. Walther learned a lot about target pistols and that information translated into some very good civilian market pistols over the years. I like Walther pistols. Mine shoot well.

Which ever one fits your hand better. In a pistol a shooter should look for a grip that is comfortable. Controls that are not clumsy and easy to operate even in darkness or under stress. A caliber that is powerful enough to stop a would be threat but that the recoil is controllable enough by the specific user to get in follow up shots if need be. Granny doesnt need a .454 Casual, if she is gonna drop the gun due to the recoil after the first shot. But might be perfectly fine with a .38 revolver that she can hit the target 5 times very quickly. Weapon choices and preferences vary from individual to individual. There is no one be all end all caliber or firearm. If there was there would be only one.
