  7. Yes. This weapon was sporterized from it's original Czech origins. Who and why they made the modifications is unknown. So when Ian finds one of these, he creates a backstory attributing it to the fictional country of Elbonia. Which was conceived by Scott Adams in the Dilbert comic strip. As you can tell from the comment section and the merchandise, the idea has taken on a life of it's own. It is basically April Fools day in November.
