  1. Walther makes fine pistols. The older ones always tend to be better. I like my P22 for basic practice and plinking. It is an easy pistol to shoot and works well for training inexperienced shooters with semi autos. Little to no recoil or noise. The shooter can concentrate on the mechanics and fundamentals of shooting. I use CCI round nosed pistol ammo. Works quite well. I would never really consider it for a daily carry but it would make a nice back up gun,
