A Georgist land value tax and citizen's dividend is severely needed imo in Europe as well as more walkable cities, more pro-natalist norms, carbon tax-based carbon fee and dividend for couples who have 2 children or more, more biodiverse parks, more dense walkable cities with green walls plus who utilize biophilic design for buildings (or just more Solarpunk architecture in general), free childcare*, building more superblocks*, granting high job control/workplace autonomy to young people, more medical care robots to take of the elderly, 3 days or four day work weeks and more affordable housing.

Probably most controversial of all, I think a zealous religious re-awakening or revival could help Europe demographically in ensuring a pro-natalist norm in combination with everything else I just wrote above ^ across the continent, but then again I could be wrong.
