Guns, self reliance on protect themselves, taking responsibility, hard work ethos, family based thus passing not only physical capital but intellectual as well. Just for starters.

Single fathers outperform single mothers (most of inmates grew in a fatherless environment). Not all "new families" are the same. Reward the good work, don't support loser with tax money (taxing straight families by the way)
