  1. Maybe, just maybe because people will make sure things that are part of biology and cultural identity will be considerate instead of real talent or willing to work. So, I'm gay, thus deserving a high place and if I don't get my way, I'll sue them because I deserve it becaue gay. In the meantime, products are getting more expensive and lower quality by the day.

  2.  @saininj  DEI is racist, meaning non-whites deserve those jobs just because of skin colour, while whites are fired because they're white. Later, an intelligent and hard working non-white, queer or woman reaches a place, and most of people will still think it's just a token for ESG score.
