@RexImperatorArnab The Japanese have embraced "build where you sell". They've built auto factories in the US. They can get workers easier, the product doesn't have to be shipped halfway around the world, and the existence of those American Toyota workers shields Toyota from protectionist impulses on the part of the US government. It's a win-win. We get good manufacturing jobs Japan didn't have the people to fill, anyway. Japan saves on shipping costs and doesn't have to worry about tariffs.
