Under successive authoritarian/totalitarian regime, Russia has been on the wrong side of humanity since the late 19th century. The days of Peter the Great are long gone. The Russian ruling oligarchy today is obsessed with lust for power and delusion of greatness. They employ mob tactics to gain advantage whenever they cannot win fairly. Those oligarchs siphon wealth off Russia to fulfil their own pockets at the expense of ordinary Russian people. A few examples of recent Russian atrocities include: Shooting down of MH17 over eastern Ukraine (by Russian backed surrogates); state-sponsored doping at the Sochi Olympics; annexation of eastern Ukraine; annexation of Crimea; the war in Chechnya; killing and the poisoning of opponents; support for the brutal Assad regime in Syria; etc. The Russian cyber squad has been spreading disinformation and launching cyberattacks to undermine western democracies. We are all now witnessing the actions of an EVIL REGIME...

Not surprisingly, the Russian state supports all dictatorship regimes- Gaddafi, Assad, Mugabe, Lukashenko, North Korean leader etc. Russian state itself is a dictatorship regime where the leader Putin is in power for 20 years. The authoritarian regime is the core in Russia. The problem of today’s Russia goes back to 1917 when the country was taken over by gangsters who called themselves “communists”. Stalin has created a form of slavery where the peasants were forced to work on the collective farms or they would be killed by state security if they refused or tried to leave. We must not be naive about the idealistic terms the Russian communists used to describe their “mission". The "communists" made themselves into a new ruling class under Stalin and his successors. As such, the system was an enormous criminal enterprise in which tens of millions of innocent people were killed. Despite the millions of words written on Putin's Russia, the West still fails to truly understand Russia.

Hitler said Russia was monstrous cancer on the body of Europe and while he was an evil man and a murderer, he was correct. The Soviet system was indeed cancer and it was helped by all those western fools who morally supported it. Bernard Shaw, Pablo Picasso, Theodorakis, Yves Montand, and many many others... Despite the millions of words written on Putin's Russia, the West still fails to truly understand Russia.
