In 1988 Moscow opposed Azerbayzian and Armenia against each other over the Nagorno-Karabakh territory. Both Chechen wars were inflicted by Russians. In 2008 conflict with Georgia over South Ossetia. Now Russians' "peacekeeping" in Crimea and over some parts of Eastern Ukraine territory.
