Even if it weren't worse than a flu, Trump's conscious mishandling of the issue would result in an out-of-control pandemic and thus an elevated percentage of deaths. As for percentage of fatalities between a flu and COVID-19: the sata isn't all in yet, so that can't be determined with precision. But at its peak in Italy, the rate of fatalities was 12 per cent. Boris Johnson is in intensive care. In the UK, 50 per cent are hospitalized, 15 per cent go to in ICU, and 5 per cent die.

  4. Corporate media FOX is worried about being sued becuase of deaths resulting from its disinformation. A number of doctors should be at least as worried -- they haven't the deep pockets for legal defense that FOX does.

But "Twitter" works by re-"Tweeting," so that would likely be viewed by the courts as an exception, perhaps "fair use"; else the "Twitter" platform would be illegal, but ruling so would interfere with "commerce" -- making money -- so that wouldn't be a likely outcome of such a suit.
