LISTEN to the statements from James Cameron -- one of the EXPERTS in the field -- who now says he wishes he'd spoken up PUBLICLY BEFORE this incident occurred. You are defending irresponsibility and stupidity that not only got OTHER people killed, but which resulted in the rest of us yet again bailing out "self-made" billionaires.   12. Seems to me the waiver declares the gross negligence. So does that both PROVE it and work to protect AGAINST the liability for the negligence. OceanGate will be sued. Whether the suits will succeed is a separate question.

If they were LIED to about the safety of the Titan, then they were INDUCED BY FRAUD -- which FRAUD SUBVERTED their freedom of choice in the matter.
