  1. They are FAKE "militia"; in law, in all 50 states, they are characterized as "paramilitary" and PROHIBITED. There are express provisions in the Constitution OPPOSING their existence including in the First Amendment. There are two potential means to cause political change: violence, and voting. Violence is PROHIBITED.
