The "immunity" decision is unconstitutional because it repudiates the Constitution. The Constitution, by its own express terms, is the SUPREME Law of the Land. The three co-EQUAL branches of gov't, which include the Supreme Court, are SUBORDINATE to the Constitution.

And youtube moderators sometimes tend to delete the comments without bothering to deal with facts or contexts. I regularly refute falsehoods with actual law. Occasionally the person who posted the falsehoods files a false complaint, and the law is deleted -- but the refuted falsehood is not.
