  1. The reimbursement to Michael Cohen included the amount of income tax Cohen would have to pay on the "income" of the fake "legal expense". And the DOCUMENTS PROVE that the money for which Cohen was reimbursed was a _debt- Cohen incurred to pay Daniels in Trump's behalf. NO U.S. employer pays BOTH the employee's income AND the employee's income tax.
