  1. The US Supreme Court held that burning the flag is protected political speech. (Fruit-Fringe Nixonite Robert Bork says that the First Amendment protects ONLY political speech.) It's likely Trump's Court would reverse that decision -- it already repudiated the Constitution with its unconstitutional "immunity" decision.
