The Congress shall have Power To provide for calling forth the Militia[/National Guard] to execute [ENFORCE] the Laws of the Union, SUPPRESS INSURRECTIONS, and repel Invasions." I adhere to facts and law; those are not "opinion". And you are a law-illiterate: "Justice and the Rule of Law are to be ABOVE politics." -- John Adams. That you are incapable of transcending your biases does not mean everyone is that immature. The defendants committed CRIMES, FILMED themselves committing CRIMES, then provided their videos of their CRIMES for ALL THE WORLD to WITNESS. Violating the law is not "politics". EVIDENCE produced by the CRIMINALS is not "opinion".

Did he steal them? Did someone else steal them and give them to him so he could possess stolen property? 3. If there were such alleged "laptop," or alleged "hard drives," the chain of custody is so fatally flawed that it would be inadmissible as evidence. As for the ROGUE Supreme Court: it is coming for YOUR rights too. Rely on the right provided by "Griswold"? Kiss that right goodbye.
