Using two different guns is a way to distract from the single murderer.
4
The tons of details that make no sense are from so-called "Internet sleuths" who, as fans of murder-as-entertainment, wallow in fantasy and off-the-rails speculations.
4
That he's a "work in progress" is an excuse.
4
If one loves anti-American corruption of the law, then yes.
4
@bobknull7502 So you agree that more guns don't make us safer, but your solution is even more guns?
3
I refuse to take on others' deserved shame.
3
Ted "Cancun" Cruz talked about doors. So the cops are running with that nonsense.
3
@brianfergus839 Nothing. Which identifies to commenter as a Trumpeter: always assert something irrelevant and nonsensical.
3
Who is engaged in HATE against the right of privacy -- oh, sorry: this Supreme Court has ruled that there is no right of privacy.
3
Yep: it's been converted into a submarine.
3
Why do we defend police who protect the wealthy from the consequences of their crimes?
3
This is what happens when one votes Republican.
3
There are many, including "online sleuths," who reject facts that don't meet their presumptions. They delude themselves that they more about how to "investigate" than do those who do it as a career. They're part of the same moronic "protesters" who couldn't care less that they're disturbing whole neighborhoods.
3
The woman trespassed on private property. These people who "care" don't respect the rights of others. Walsh ignores that fact, and changes the subject to more self-promotion.
3
"If NOT outright deceit"!? Signing a document that is a LIE is LYING.
3
You're noticing the same thing I see all the time: people who claim to care about the rule of law at the same time they are rejecting it. Some have rights -- Petito -- and some do not -- Laundries.
3
And they didn't console the victim? Those are also people worthy of "respect"?
3
How is it news that they met with their attorney? Ah, "no surprise" that they didn't answer any questions. And they aren't compelled to answer the media's questions to fuel the sensationalism.
3
The attacks on school boards are based on racist horseshit. And many of those "protesting" at and threatening school board members DON'T HAVE KIDS. Those thugs are ALL TRUMPETERS.
3
It wasn't an interview. It was Abrams picking a fight so he could substitute "cancel culture" for LEGITIMATE CRITICISM of Thomas's (1) concurrence with the ELIMINATION of the right of privacy, and (2) Thomas's pointing to OTHER decisions based on the RIGHT OF PRIVACY that he and his 5 fellow extremists intend to overturn. Those include the right to use contraceptives in the privacy of one's own bedroom. Apparently the "conservative" notion of "small gov't" is that it is so small it can slip in through the keyhole in the bedroom door.
3
$200 to travel 10 miles appears to be desperation to get away from the scene of the crime.
3
Abrams is opposed to indicting Trump because he's a Republican.
3
There are a lot of people across the country who couldn't care less about those they know by refusing to be vaccinated, but who "care" about Gabby. It's all entertainment to people who don't have their own lives.
3
If he drove the car home, then obviously he wouldn't be in the Reserve. There is much more to the investigation than we yet know, including view that law enforcement has been communicating with him through his lawyer from an unknown location. Problem with that is it is reported that Brian didn't/doesn't have a phone, though it's possible he would use a landline.
3
@DMEGC About a week or so ago his wife posted a video saying she "loves" her bald head and doesn't care what anyone says about it.
3
"Truth is stranger than fiction -- because fiction is obliged to follow rules, truth ain't." -- Mark Twain.
3
Why? They seem to be doing okay with the one they have.
3
Are you qualified to "diagnose" a person you've never met? Are you qualified to "diagnose" anyone?
3
Lie detector tests have no evidentiary value, and their results are not admissible in court.
3
One should not respect LIARS for telling LIES.
3
At the center of the "story" is media that is rolling in the profitable ratings.
3
Where do you get your numbers?
3
The DOJ is Federal, and is investigating the civil rights violations being committed on the Texas border.
3
Sometimes it takes years. Sometimes decades. It's positive that law enforcement doesn't have your lack of patience for this to end so you can move on to the next murder-as-entertainment.
3
Will Smither committed the CRIME of BATTERY. Smith showed who he actually is.
3
Texass law enforcement also "let their guard down" in Uvalde.
3
Why is Abrams not impartial? He is obviously calling criticism of Thomas as "cancel culture," with no criticism of the fact that the Constitution "right of privacy" doesn't exist because the words "right of privacy" don't appear in the Constitution. Other words that don't appear in the Constitution: "Individual right to own guns".
3
@user-hz7kv6js6l Note that every campsite in the videos was "civilized," not "wilderness".
3
We don't know that Brian's lawyer actually visited and or talked to Brian. He may have been relying on the parents' word. Not knowing anything, they would fear aying anything.
3
The Laundries want as little publicity as possible -- which is the opposite of "milking" it.
3
Those who would be wealthy look at human needs -- at the things that are necessities, such as real estate. Then they exploit that. There will always be sickness, so it pays to be a doctor. Do insurance denials prohibit doctors from paying out of their own pocket, or providing the procedure for free?
3
@Frank-mt5fo You don't know anything factual about the assassination. You can't even get the names right.
3
False. And your fundamental error is being sucked in by Republicans who are ALL POLITICS ALL THE TIME. In contrast: "Justice and the Rule of Law are to be ABOVE politics." -- John Adams. And check out the scandal involving Ginni and Clarence Thomas: a Supreme Court Justice whose wife was a leader in the effort to overthrow the gov't. And he the only one to NOT reject Trump's bogus election "fraud" case. And the ONLY one to dissent from the Court's upholding the Congress's authority to oversee the Executive by examining the documents generated by the Trump administration. And what was among those documents? -- written plans for how to effectuate the overthrow of the gov't. And note that the Congress also has oversight over the Judicial branch, including the Supreme Court -- from approving (or not) nominees to the Court, and the express Constitutional authority to impeach and remove Justices. Invoking the Constitution in defense of efforts to overthrow the gov't -- the Constitution -- is a non-starter: criminality is not a "right".
3
Show the circus, spread the circus.
3
@kamauayinde3302 "Critical Race Theory": it is a course taught ONLY in graduate law school -- which means university.
3
It isn't about "sides". It's about facts and law v. THEFT OF GOV'T PROPERTY -- of which latter WE HAVE SEEN THE EVIDENCE.
3
You don't know that. And you don't know that a "weapon" was used. And during the police stop he said he didn't have a phone, and it is reasonable to assume they both were using Gabby's.
3
The first responsibility of GOV'T is to protect public health and safety. But what is it doing against the deliberate mayhem created by the gun industry-front terrorist organization NRA and the Republican Party?
3
Was it HIS cell phone?
3
First, there must be PROBABLE CAUSE that they would find EVIDENCE of a CRIME. Ever hear of the Constitution? The rule of law? That those you despise, for trumped up "reasons," ALSO have rights?
