There was a "good guy with a gun" in Buffalo; in fact, an ENHANCED "good guy with a gun" as an ex-cop who had training with firearms. But the "bad guy with a gun" was wearing body armor, and the "good guy with a gun" was killed. What's needed is sane gun control.
