Comments by "J Nagarya" (@jnagarya519) on "Judge lashes out at Fox News lawyers as defamation trial gets underway | Dan Abrams Live" video.
"lashes out" is biasing rhetoric. I'll bet the judge was actually reasonable and based his statement on the facts and the law.

@SnarkierThan-U-R I posted a comment critiquing the "journalism". It's irrelevant whether anyone responds to it. Instead of attacking me, LEARN how PROPAGANDA works in place of actual objective JOURNALISM.

FOX has always lied to stupid people for profit.

It isn't a defense because despite the lack of evidence they broadcast the LIES ANYWAY.

@SnarkierThan-U-R How does that matter? The ISSUE is "journalistic" rhetoric which ATTRIBUTES IRRATIONALITY to the judge. That's how one knows where the "journalist" stands POLITICALLY in relation to the parties and facts.

@SnarkierThan-U-R "Lashing out" is a biased characterization by the "journalist" of the judge. AS I SAID, it is thoroughly unlikely that the judged "lashed out," which term implies a loss of control. There is nothing ""argumentative" in my pointing to the RIGHT-WING bias AGAINST the judge -- why SMEAR the judge? -- which is in behalf of the defendant, and the viewers of this "news" outlet who view such right-wing biasing as "unbiased" because they are credulous.

@SnarkierThan-U-R has nothing to do with me or my political views. "Lashed out" is BIAS intended to imply LOSS OF CONTROL; UNFAIRNESS; BIAS. It isn't journalism; it is EMOTIONALIZED PROPAGANDA.
