  2.  @mattmarkus4868  Petito was reported missing on 9/11. Laundrie disappeared on 9/11 or 9/12. Would it have been legally proper or worth the expense of resources to surveil a person who wasn't yet a person of interest let alone a suspect or under indictment?

  3. It's difficult to surveil a person who isn't [yet] a person of interest, or charged. Petito was reported missing on 9/11, and Laundrie disappeared on 9/12 or 9/13.
