  2. It did not take long to indict him and issue a warrant. There was obviously a great deal of thorough investigation, which can take much longer.

But, as the politics are that all evil originates with males, and women are only ever victims, we don't need to know the actual facts. But we do know that a male isn't allowed to defend himself against attack by a female.
