Comments by "J Nagarya" (@jnagarya519) on "Trump legal team submits 19-page response | Dan Abrams Live" video.
"Partisan pandering" is when Dan Abrams characterizes other media -- during "news" reports, but without NAMING any -- as "left-leaning" FACTUAL JURNALISM is to be ABOVE the POLITICS of politically labeling other media, unnamed, as "biased," because the political labeling is itself BIAS.

Abrams is opposed to indicting Trump because he's a Republican.

NARA also discovered that expected records -- the Obama and Kim Jong Un letters -- were missing from the 19 boxes.

@dbrick46 Are you still a teenager? The media as a whole presents a myriad of information. It is the viewer's REPONSIBILITY to know the difference between fact and "opinion". Especially when the "opinion" is a falsehood. But instead of being RESPONSIBLE you irresponsibly finger-point and put all your responsibility outside yourself and on others. And I'll bet you believe that means you are an "independent thinker," when instead you are merely a reactionary. There is factual journalism; but apparently you aren't yet able to discern facts from, "I only know what I believe." Believing a thing does not make it a truth. Making an assertion without a shred of EVIDENCE does not make the assertion true; in fact, it is pointless clutter, as is your comment. FACTS are proven with EVIDENCE.

@donaldclifford5763 So you've picked up some legal jargon and believe it is a relevant critique. The DOJ's 40 page motion states the facts of the case. But you can't be bothered with that; you prefer taking meaningless potshots at the facts: 1. The LAW: ALL information generated by a gov't employee, regardless whether classified, is GOV'T PROPERTY. NONE of it belongs to the employee. 2. Trump STOLE GOV'T PROPERTY. 3. Trump, over a LONG period of time, WITHHELD the STOLEN GOV'T PROPERTY instead of RETURNING it AS REQUIRED BY LAW. 4. Trump BLEW OFF a subpoena, and LIED IN WRITING that he had no more STOLEN GOV'T PROPERTY. 5. Based on witness testimony, the DOJ/FBI knew he had NOT returned ALL the STOLEN PROPERTY, so they laid out the FACTS -- your "predicate" -- in an affidavit showing probable cause for a search warrant. The independent Judiciary approved the search warrant. 6. The execution of the search warrant PROVED that Trump was CONTINUING to withhold STOLEN GOV'T PROPERTY. The investigation continues; but Trump could be indicted on that which is already known and documented.

@dbrick46 I was born in 1948. Do the math. Bashing gov't and the media -- which is to be a check against gov't abuses -- is irresponsible. Per the Constitution, "We the people" are the gov't. The gov't, therefore, is not some "foreign" "enemy". Ignore that and continue the destructive bashing and you disempower yourself, which you then spread like a cancer.
