:Conservatism: the accumulation of power and wealth into as few hands as possible. "Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect." -- Frank Wilhoit.

@cris_balm7460 “The modern conservative is engaged in one of man's oldest exercises in moral philosophy; that is, the search for a superior moral justification for selfishness.” -- John Kenneth Galbraith "Conservatism consists of exactly one proposition, to wit: There must be in-groups whom the law protects but does not bind, alongside out-groups whom the law binds but does not protect." -- Frank Wilhoit. @cfountain72 They are not "classical liberal"; they position themselves AGAINST Liberalism.

The people who WROTE "Project 2025" are from TRUMP'S ADMINISTRATION. It is Trump and declarations he has made PUBLICLY.

@lisablacker3102 "Charisma" is an imputation.

@cfountain72 William F. Buckley: born into inherited wealth and a core racist. George Will: smug right-wing propagandist in defense of white privilege. Etc. They are not "erudite" unless one is credulously impressed by the philosophy of exclusion. It has overtly been attacking Liberalism -- the foundation of democracy -- since Reagan initiated the sedition against the rule of law.

@Lerian_V "The Bulwark" is largely its own echo chamber. Even Tim Miller, who is gay, doesn't see beyond the blind spot of belonging to and espousing a "conservatism" that wants gays eradicated. And see the "Log Cabin Republicans" -- they figure wealth will save them. And even Miller verges on telling the Democrats, the Liberals, how to be Democrats and Liberals. That is not critique; it is the supremacism of a bankrupt "philosophy".

See the video of Trump saying the "Medal of Freedom" is greater than the "Medal of Honor," and who the Edelman is to whom he awarded the medal. Edelman is a casino magnate who gets his money out of Macao, which is China. He is a far-right Netanyahu-ist who pumps money into Republicans. So Trump did what they wanted for Israel in exchange for their Republifunding, and then gave Edelman's wife the American "Medal of Freedom" -- and all of it was about the far-right Netanyahu wing in Israel. He also awarded that medal to Rash Limburger and Gym Jordan. Pay Trump money and he'll do what you want him to do, regardless how outrageous.

@ARichardP Stupid people fail to distinguish between fantasy and reality, fiction and documentary, "opinion" and news.
