Get it through your blinders: the "Death Panels" have ALWAYS ben WITHIN the INSURANCE INDUSTRY. It is the INSURANCE industry, NOT GVO'T, that decides whether to approve a health care procedure. NO has historically including letting people die for the sake of FINANCIAL PROFIT. The FOREMOST obligation of gov't is to protect public health and safety. That REQUIRES REGULATION and ENFORCEMENT of regulation.
