  1. Democrats do not view Walz as "center-right" -- they made clear that he has PROGRESSIVE values, like FEEDING SCHOOL KIDS so they can focus on learning instead of on grumbling stomachs. It's the center-right and worse Republicans who are against feeding school kids.

Whitmer the same -- and she said she didn't want to be the VP nominee. A gay would have been a bridge too far. And the Republican notion of "center" is actually to the right of "conservative".
