  1. It can't be proven there's a "God". And the First Amendment SEPARATES "religion" and gov't. And Christ counseled that one practice one's "religion" in private so it doesn't become a public self-aggrandizing ego-trip.

  2. The Founders separated "religion" from gov't precisely because "religion" is based entirely on unprovable subjectivisms. Gov't -- the rule of law -- relies on objective evidence as proof.
