Many people don't have IDs. What you don't know is how ignorant of the facts you are.

There WERE investigations of the LIES that there was voting fraud. There was and is NO EVIDENCE to support the LIE. More thna 60 court cases, some ruled on by Trump-appointed judges, found that the suits HAD NO EVIDENTIARY BASES. And that was AFTER NUMEROUS RECOUNTS which found NO FRAUD. Stop repeating the ANTI-AMERICAN LIE.

You mean she's Black, and a woman, therefore "angry". Fact is she is qualified in the matters on which she speaks, and you are not. In addition to which you're a racist.

Depends on how it is done. And as it was initiated by the Republicans, it has been an effort to get around the Constitutional ban against poll taxes. In short, you don't know what you're tlaking about.

The Congress can overturn the Supreme Court.

@stephaniedavis2110 If there was voting fraud in the states Biden won, then why did all the downballot REPUBLICANS ALSO win?

He is aware of that possibility. He has no control over that. But one doesn't sue if one believes one can't win.

The FEDERAL Constitution is SUPREME over the states. "States' rights" is correctly known to be about RACIST WHITE SUPREMACISM.

public health and safety TRUMPS the false belief that one has the "right" to endanger public health and safety by infringing the rights of others. Operating a motor vehicle is a privilege, not a right: one's license can lawfully be revoked. Same goes for gun possession. There are no absolute rights. None. Only extremists believe the crackpottery that "freedom" is antithetical to rule of law -- while contrarily claiming rights that wouldn't exist if not secured in written law.

The replacement for Section 5 will apply to all states.

@kristenbernier7930 That's exactly what the Republican laws are doing: PREVENTING voters from exercising their right to vote. As AG Garland said, VOTING is THE MOST FUNDAMENTAL RIGHT. Watch the video again - and LISTEN to what is said.

Mark Willoughby Absolute evidence of racism in the new laws, AS IS DETAILED IN THE VIDEO.

@DavidWilliams-vj1cu The only evidence of fraud so far is a number of REPUBLICANS. One urdered his wife, then used her absentee ballot to vote a second time. Currently an Ohio public official -- a REPUBLICAN -- is under investigation for forging his dead fther's name to his father's absentee ballot. All the accusations against others by the Republicans should be viewed for what they are: CONFESSIONS about what REPUBLICANS are doing.
