  3. Robert Bork was appointed a Federal judge by Reagan. Then Bork eliminated the Fairness Doctrine, which was established with the advent of radio during the 1920s. Bork's decision was pulled out of his ass. Bork also campaigned -- bumming his book -- on amending the Constitution so Congress can overturn Supreme Court decisions. Congress, as a co-equal branch, could already overturn the Court. It did so when it overturned the Rehnquist Court's Grove College decision and its progeny with the "Americans with Disabilities Act".
