  1. That there were ballot drop-boxes is a non-issue. Election officials -- not the legislature, acting under the elections laws enacted by the legislature, have discretion to determine the best way to conduct elections. If that means using drop-boxes during a pandemic, then so be it.

  2. Wisconsin's courts rejected the lawsuits. That's why it was brought to the Federal court -- which also dismissed them. What is a South Carolina Congressman doing muddling around in Wisconsin, instead of dealing with voter suppression in South Carolina?
