The Founders charged the "Shays's" and "Whiskey" insurrectionists with TREASON, convicted them, and sentenced them to DEATH. What did those insurrectionists do? They "took up arms" against gov't. And both insurrections were suppressed by well-regulated Militia of the Second Amendment. And the "Whiskey" insurrection occurred and was suppressed more than two years AFTER the Second Amendment was ratified. No: the Second Amendment did not and does not establish a "right" to commit the treasonous crime that is insurrection. Trump is falsely arguing that being a criminal is a "right".
