  3.  @GrantBeniford  A Texas couple who voted twice for Trump were interviewed. Both agreed that Trump is morally UFIT to be president. AND they will be voting for Trump. THAT is Trump Derangement Syndrome. "Yeah -- we know he's a criminal, and we oppose criminality, and that makes him unfit to be president, but we prefer him over the guy who isn't a criminal."

  5. This is a criminal trial. And Merchan's gag order is modeled on the prior two that were upheld on appeal. What you SHOULD do is actually WATCH THE VIDEO, in which Kirshner EXPLAINS HOW LAW WORKS. You have NO EXCUSE for REFUSING to learn -- which is exactly the same that can be said of TRUMP.

  7.  @DavidWolfer  I doubt you're able to predict the future as to what will happen if Trump continues to violate the gag order. There is a cell in the courthouse for housing the contemptuous. AGAIN -- in this is part of PUBLIC EDUCATION, for those WILLING to LEARN -- the first two gag orders, one of which included significant fines, were showing the PUBLIC that law applies even to bloviating criminals. Marchan's gag order, modeled on the first two, which were upheld on appeal, is -- based on that PUBLIC EDUCATION -- incremental, as they always are. But Marchan BEGAN by pointing to the possible penalties, INCLUDING INCARCERATION. When asked if he understood, Trump said, "Yes." This also includes the threat of incarceration, but in such a way that it has Trump's attention -- after that decision was given him, and the court broke for lunch, Trump SAID NOTHING to the media. He may do it again -- he's probably contemplating that which has always been his campaign: name-calling, smears, and attacking others and inciting threats against them -- but THIS time it got through to him. As for jail: the judge can decide that Trump, regardless the verdict in the trial, be jailed for contempt AFTER the trial is concluded.

But, as ever, like when they totally ignore facts and evidence, it is in defense of TRUMP. MUCH evidence was provided by the UNDER OATH REPUBLICAN TRUMPER WITNESSES to the January 6th Committee. And then there's the TAPED MOB violations of Georgia elections laws with Trump attempting to BULLY REPUBLICAN state officials into violating the law by undermining the election. But, based on all that evidence, which you Trumpers IGNORE, he is "innocent". Yup. And the moon is made of moldy green cheese with a living face.

  13.  @keithdowell8473  This is essentially the same case as the FEDERAL case and charges on which Cohen was CONVICTED. That case originally included Trump. But Barr interfered, deleted the evidence implicating Trump, and used "search-and-replace" to change "Trump" to "Individual 1" in order to protect Trump. Republican Berman, who had worked on Trump's campaign, was appointed by Trump as US Atty in charge of the office overseeing that case. After Barr's corrupt interference, issued a public statement that Berman -- who pushed back against the interference -- was resigning. Berman issued a public statement summarizing what was going on, and refusing to resign; he then chose the subordinate in the office who would protect the office against any further corrupt abuse of power by Barr. He then resigned. He lays out all the facts in his book. But who cares for "evidence" when all that matters is kissing Trump's diaper-rashed rump.
