VOTE BLUE: Congress can overturn the Supreme Court.

@Silverlined_69 Impeachment won't work until there is a 60-plus majority of Democrats in the Senate. And that must first be pointed at the Supreme Court. VOTE BLUE. And as a co-EQUAL branch of gov't, the CONGRESS can overturn Supreme Court decisions. Otherwise, there is the beginnings of rebellion in the lower Federal and state courts against obeying unconstitutional Supreme Court decisions, as this one so flagrantly is. VOTE BLUE.

@rjberes333 The decision is blatantly unconstitutional.

@GoodTV285 In other words, you approve "legislating from the bench" by "activist judges" when you like anti-American tyranny. The decision is blatantly unconstitutional. One REPUBLICAN-appointed FEDERAL judge already called it an "abomination". I'd say that judge knows more about the Constitution and rule of law than any Trump DUPE.

@rjberes333 That's why you can't explain your assertion: because you are beyond clueless to ignorant of the meaning of DICTATORSHIP. The decision is a blatantly unconstitutional abandonment of and attack on the Constitution itself.

The gov't is composed of three co-EQUAL branches of gov't. The Congress can overturn the Supreme Court. And as President Jackson said of a Supreme Court decision he didn't like: "Let them enforce it." No one must obey an unconstitutional court decision. A REPUBLICAN-appointed Federal judge has characterized the decision as "abominable". And two state supreme court upheld gun crime convictions despite Bruen having nullified the respective state laws being enforced in those cases. So we are in uncharted territory: lower Federal and state courts ignoring the Supreme Court. More Republican-generated chaos. NEVER FORGET: All three co-equal branches are UNDER the Constitution. No branch is equal to, superior to, or alternative to the Constitution, which is expressly the SUPREME Law of the Land.
