It is NOT combined with the general revenues, therefore has nothing to do with the DEBT, which DEBT was created by the MASSIVE TAX CUTS to those who DON''T need them. That's how the Republican'ts have done it, again and again and again, since at latest Reagan: DELIBERATELY create a massive debt, then pound on the "only" "solution": cut gov't programs that the wealthy don't need, but the majority of taxpayers DO need. The Republican'ts are all about IMPOVERISHING the vast majority. While at the same time they attack education in effort to destroy it because THEY WANT THE MAJORITY TO BE STUPID.

@dennisholliday2454 He DID bring it up during the State of the Union, AND he challenged to call/write the White House and he would provide the BROCHURE PROVING his statement of the facts. He didn't name names during the SOTU but those who knew the history and names knew what he was saying. By NOT making it so specific as to name names he denied the Republicans any means to pretend to be of a different view than those he didn't name. So they called him a liar -- so in response he names names. Those who he named should have told those calling Biden a liar to STFU.

When looking at Defense every year does not constitute REPEALING the Defense Dep. and then re-enacting the legislation that funds the Defense Dept. What Republican'ts DON'T say is that Social security is a SEPARATE, STANDALONE BUDGET. It is NOT a part of the general treasury.

Social Security has nothing to do with the debt. Republican't TAX CUTS cause the debt. Social Security is a SEPARATE STANDALONE budget.
