@mariomario1462 EVIDENCE sufficient to INDICT. It is called DUE PROCESS, which is premised upon PRESUMPTION OF INNOCENCE. And during a trial, the defendant REMAINS presumed innocent UNLESS AND UNTIL a JURY finds that the PROSECUTION PROVED guilt.

@patbrown53 Yes, witness testimony matters -- but it isn't typically sufficient -- there needs to be corroboration that at the least they are credible. Look at the New York criminal trial of Trump: Michael Cohen was attacked on grounds that he had a history of lying (including FOR Trump), so his testimony had to be corroborated not only by Trump-friend David Pecker, and Trump-insider Hope hicks, but also by DOCUMENTS. And then the Defense put on its one witness, Costello, but that went so badly that it too coincidentally corroborated Cohen's testimony.

@mariomario1462 That is what the INVESTIGATION is to determine. Get over the bullshit that there is such a thing as "victimless" crimes. Trump's tax frauds had to be made up for by OTHER taxpayers. And if you intend to do another round of pretend-stupid questions about "What was the crime?" that Trump committed, I'll instruct you to go to the New York DA and or Court website and READ the INDICTMENTS, of which all 34 Trump was found guilty by a jury of his peers. And I'll also point out that there was a simple and legal way around the gag order: his testifying UNDER OATH in his own defense -- which he didn't do because he had two choices against EVIDENCE: either admit his guilt or commit perjury.
