  4. It's a "nasty question" because it is true, and cuts directly to the core issue. Paul Wolfewitz, of the G. DUI Bushit Administration, said it was, "Time to cull the herd" -- i.e., reduce world population. Has that REPUBLICAN plan changed -- or is this their opportunity to implelement it?
