The US and every state constitution stipulates that there SHALL be elections. Law is not politics: "Justice and the Rule of Law are to be ABOVE politics." -- John Adams. Our democracy is founded on the rule of law. The Supreme Court is REQUIRED to uphold the Constitution and laws -- the OATH they swear is to the Constitution -- not to political party, ideology, or person.

  10.  @jacintarichardson2376  Yes I understand that -- which is why I remind of the proper respect for the Constitution and laws. There was a time that the "Bible Commonwealth" (Massachusetts-Bay Colony) withheld knowledge of the law from the majority of the colonists. It took decades years of agitation for them to persuade the theocracy that it was only right that they be apprised of their duties and rights so they could know how to behave. How does one comply with the law, and recognize violations of it, if one doesn't know the law?
