Legal process takes time. It's called DUE PROCESS.

@James-m8x3b There are RULES and PROCEDURES. Yes: legal process TAKES TIME. Whether you consider it slow or not, there are at least two sides to the process. One would benefit by the process that is due, the other side opposes that. Both sides are part of the process, and both must present evidence and law supporting their position.

@James-m8x3b There are THREE co-EQUAL branches of out gov't. ONE of them -- the Congress -- PASSES LAWS. Another - the Executive -- is REQUIRED to ENFORCE the laws. The third -- the Judiciary -- adjudicates possible violations of law. IN THE LATTER there is DUE PROCESS -- for ALL parties to whatever the action, not ONLY for the party with whom you are aligned. BOTH parties -- or EVERY party if there are more than two -- get to file documents, and all the others have the right to respond to them, either in support or in objection, ALSO in writing. Those responses are ALSO arguable by and among the parties. That is how REASON works, and law and legal process are REASON but very, very, very refined. THAT is the nature and substance of DUE PROCESS. It unavoidably TAKES TIME, though there was an EMERGENCY ruling released at 3 AM -- 3 in the MORNING -- within the last two days. But all cases CANNOT be adjudicated as emergencies.

@James-m8x3b The POINT is to understand the legal process. It isn't simply a person files a complaint, a judge looks at it and either dismisses or approves it.
