  1. Trump is about creating paranoia among his supporters -- and holding himself out as the "cure". And this is the kind of psychological propagandizing one does to keep them confused and dependent. It can't be certain Trump is NOT deliberately dragging in Obama to evoke his supporters' RACISM, while at the same time he's spewing mishmashed conspiracies.
