Comments by "J Nagarya" (@jnagarya519) on "NY Attorney General makes Republicans regret Texas abortion ban with MAJOR announcement" video.
It is more than that: it is attacking the ROGUE Supreme Court for its decision in the Texas abortion case in exactly the same way that the Texas anti-abortion law is a direct attack on the Court's authority. The extremists on the Court are pro-life against abortion -- and pro-life for mass murder.

@jaynumb8673 The cowards are the paranoids who "need" guns based upon LIES.

@jaynumb8673 You know nothing about me; instead you project your extremist law-illiteracy. "Heller" expressly stipulates that so-called "gun rights" are not unlimited. In other words, gun control is CONSTITUTIONAL, for which the EVIDENCE is OVERWHELMING from the Founders themselves, who engaged in EVERY form of gun control including CONFISCATION. Because they KNEW that no SANE society leaves dangerous objects and substances lying around unregulated. The FIRST responsibility of gov't is to protect public health and safety. Perhaps you should spend less time licking the sweet lead of your gun barrels and learn the ACTUAL LAW on the issue. First, the possession of guns is a PRIVILEGE, NOT A RIGHT; which is why that possession can be REVOKED. Second, this is the ONLY "individual right" debated by those who WROTE the Second Amendment: "but no person [INDIVIDUAL] religiously scrupulous of [AGAINST] bearing arms, shall be compelled [INVOLUNTARY] to render military service [in well-regulated Militia] in person." OBVIOUSLY that was VOTED DOWN BEFORE the proposed Amendment was submitted to the states for consideration and ratification. That means the Second Amendment -- the purpose of which was to establish a National Defense based on the well-regulated Militia -- is totally irrelevant to ANY "private" "individual" "right".

@SMS9155 You know nothing about me except that I reveal: I'm a US citizen, and have an education in law. You? -- without personal attacks you'd have nothing to say -- and that isn't result of you being able to think for yourself, let alone adhere to facts. What issues do I "praise"? And what of those "b[r] violence on others"? Are you able to make sense? As a person with an education in law I'm a student of the Constitution and laws. You are a student of the stupid.

@sueparras6028 If more guns made the US more safe, then the US would be more safe. It is not. And as the Constitution itself makes clear, "taking up arms" against the gov't, which is the CRIME of insurrection, is not a 'right": "Art. I., S. 8., C. 15. The CONGRESS Shall have Power To provide for calling forth the Militia to execute [ENFORCE] the Laws of the Union, [and] SUPPRESS INSURRECTIONS".

@gabrielmerino7522 They are veterans who know the rules and how they work. You obviously don't have the sense to recognize and appreciate wisdom.
1
@raymondharris6599 False. Which is why you sling a simpleminded slogan in place of EVIDENCE.
1
@gabrielmerino7522 Are you suggesting that the young members of Congress DON'T take "corporate money"?
1
@gabrielmerino7522 Are you "old"? If not, then what do you KNOW about being old? Youth is wasted on the young. And their closed-minded mouthiness is based upon lack of wisdom.

@SMS9155 Are you admitting that you're EVIL?
1
@SMS9155 It's a projection of tour false assumptions. This is in the Constitution you've never bothered to read: "Art. I., S. 8., C. 15. The CONGRESS shall have Power To provide for calling forth the Militia[/National Guard] to execute [ENFORCE] the Laws of the union, [and] SUPPRESS INSURRECTIONS".

Governor Newsom of California was the first to do this, as the NY AG stated.
