  1. "Keep your voice down" is an effort to control other's speech -- a form of intimidation. The First Amendment protects reporters from that sort of ABUSE.

  2. Trump's expressed "admiration" and "respect" for others is nothng more than ploy to persuade -- to suck in. When that doesn't succeed -- as with Pelosi -- he turns to insult. That's a constant with him: flatter in effort to seduce; insult when unsuccessful. He's a liar, and a loud-mouthed bully, who is at all times desperate to overcome his self-loathing, but always uses means that reinforce the self-loathing. He hates himself, and he hates what he does in effort to overcome the self-hatred, and he hates himself when what he does to overcome the self-hatred fails to work.
