  1. In Bush v. Gore the UNELECTED US Supreme Court inserted itself into the state election process -- thereby usurping to itself the exclusive authority of the ELECTED CONGRESS to resolve election disputes. And the Justices who voted to APPOINT Bush voted TWICE in the same election, which was ILLEGAL.

  2. The spirit of arrogant right-wing crank Scalia hovers over this Court. They are "originalists" and "textualists" except when they aren't. They elevate "states' rights" above the SUPREME law Constitution -- except when that is contrary to their political goals.
