  1. It's already been happening: Hawaii and Pennsylvania's supreme Courts upheld the convictions of defendants for gun crimes under state laws that were 'invalidated" by the US Supreme Court. The Pennsylvania Court wrote in its decision, "What were they [US Supreme Court] thinking?" It is unprecedented for state courts to not comply with the US Supreme Court, which is required by the Supremacy Clause. It is right under the actual intent of the Second Amendment, the subject of which is the well-regulated Militia; but it is also dangerous.
