A woman who signed a Trump NDA later took it to court and won -- which freed others of the equivalent NDAs.

Republican Agnew's lawyer argued that he shouldn't be jailed because his FAMILY "had suffered enough". (He wasn't jailed.) Try that in defense of a poor defendant.

@ginajones2328 So her father, who was a criminal, but also wealthy and politically connected, didn't go to jail, whereas the ordinary stiff would have, because being a criminal ALLEGEDLY adversely impacted his family? So he BENEFITED from the ALLEGED adverse impact on his family. Crime DOES pay -- so long as one can "credibly" claim that one's family's suffering should absolve you of deserved jail time. As said: try that defense when poor and the judge will reject it and focus on the fact that you committed the crime and the penalty will apply regardless the impact on your family. Is there no end of excuse made for REPUBLICAN criminals?

He overflowed his diaper -- Trump was expelled from pre-school for refusing to potty-train. And he still wears diapers. But he isn't angry -- he's reacting to diaper rash.

@Anonymousfreedomlover As I understand it she couldn't get a lawyer -- if so they probably didn't believe an NDA could be defeated, or there wasn't sufficient money in the case -- so she prosecuted the case herself.

@mr.e432 See my comment about Trump being expelled from pre-school for refusing to potty-train.

@Kexgoija Not to worry: she's already extracted from him sufficient money, in her own bank account, in exchange by pretending they actually have a relationship.

@keithosmond5730 Agreed. I can't think of any situation, outside gov't security, that would require NDAs that aren't already covered by confidentiality laws -- and there are exceptions to those.

@bobbob-vw4cc Do you think if he shot and killed a person on 5th Avenue he wouldn't be jailed?

Katie Phang is EXCELLENT.

@captainwasabi In law they may not; but that must rely on the signer of the NDA the ability to recognize that they are being used to cover up crime. And if a person who signs an NDA is threatened within the NDA with lawsuit for violating it, they will tend not to violate it.

@joshthepandabear6923 Nope. Politics is serious business -- not entertainment, not a game show, not something for a responsible citizen to "slough off". We are in the situation we are in because children like you don't know the difference because it's all about what's convenient for you.
2
@fernandojimenez2957 It isn't only about you. Included in deciding who to vote for is the good of the country.

@patricecahill4181 Katie Phang is terrific.

@Jeff-kw8jj You aren't too smart, are ya? Have someone explain to you "rhetorical question".

@patriot798 Those who make public declaration that they are "patriots" are insecure wusses hoping to be believed by falsely attempting to justify beliefs and actions about which they feel guilty because they know are they are wrong. ___ From Ambrose Bierce, _The Devil's Dictionary_: Patriot n. One to whom the interests of a part seem superior to those of the whole. The dupe of statesmen and the tool of conquerors. Patriotism n. Combustible rubbish ready to the torch of any one ambitious to illuminate his name. In Dr. Johnson's famous dictionary patriotism is defined as the last resort of a scoundrel. With all due respect to an enlightened but inferior lexicographer I beg to submit it is the first. Patriotism is as fierce as a fever, pitiless as the grave, blind as a stone, and irrational as a headless hen.

@NozFoxGaming There was a Texas couple -- who voted twice for Trump -- interviewed. They both said that he is UNFIT MORALLY to be president. And they will be voting for Trump. THAT is Trump Derangement Syndrome. Bill Barr, a direct witness to Trump's venality and incompetence, said that he shouldn't be allowed anywhere near thee Oval Office. And he said he's supporting the Republican nominee -- which is TRUMP. THAT is Trump Derangement Syndrome. Stop pointing away from YOURSELF in order to SMEAR others -- which avoidance of FACT is ALSO evidence of Trump Derangement Syndrome.

@RandyWatson-vb9pk Non-Disclosure Agreement. This is how they worked for Trump: For many decades Trump conducted his criminal enterprise behind closed doors, the doors "locked" with NDAs. His mistake was taking his criminal enterprise PUBLIC as his campaign, where it could be scrutinized in the light of day, and reported on by people who hadn't signed one of his NDAs.
