  2.  @TomBarbashev  Reagan declared that the gov't is in effect 'the enemy". Per the Constitution, "We the people" are the gov't. The gov't is by definition rule of law. And the gov't, in the Constitution, is given the authority to ENFORCE the rule of law. Only CRIMINALS claim to be exempt from the rule of law. You cannot BOTH claim rights in the Constitution while at the same time REJECTING the rule of law.
