  1.  @axlegrind4212  Yep: his health supports will be paid with tax dollars, and the money the city/police is required to pay out will be paid by the taxpayers -- not by the police. So in the latter case, the taxpayer is punished for not responsibly managing the police. Waste on top of waste because of an electorate that is racist instead of responsible.
