Because gender -- which is psychosexual identity -- is a real element. As analogy: we learn bad habits; we want to change the bad habits, but they are real so long as we have them. Otherwise, it seems most of the men commenting here have their own preconceived script. They begin to sound like sheep.

Aren't you in fact saying the same thing from your stance?

She didbn't say anything about university. So you are projecting your "gendered "anti-gendered" bias on her.

The only absolute is that there are no absolutes. Those who believe "absolute truth" can be known by a finite and limited human being is a demagogue.

Another who believes he knows all about colleges without ever having been near one, let alone in one.

Like your massive anti-female bias?

@Silent_Stillness Critical evaluation isn't limited to compliment.
1
Where is the evidence for your presumption that she took a "gender studies class"? Aren't you doing the very thing of which you accuse her?
1
There are differences. But you're closed minded on the subject, so it's easier to name-call than it is to learn.

Everyone has issues. Everyone has some degree of "toxic" behavior. Your solution is to avoid relationships altogether.
1
How about YOUR damage?
1
No. By imitating male behaviors.

Let's rely on one book that tells us what we want to believe. "Bible" anyone?

And of many men, like the groupings of men who all agree with each other, instead of thinking for themselves as individuals.

Women DO objectify men.
1
My mother taught me women's boundaries. But I have yet to meet a woman who was taught that men HAVE boundaries, let alone to respect them.
