  5. Is there a "right" to protest against something that isn't happening? "Critical Race Theory" is taught EXCLUSIVELY in college and university LAW SCHOOLS. What it does is examine laws for systemic racism. Sytemic racism exists -- and that is what Cruz is defending against the efforts to expose it.
